I think it's a TV show this time. I can't tell. Maybe a game? I think it's just impossible for him not to yell, so he might just be talking to Iwaizumi-san or Oikawa-san.

Yeah, they are. They're fine, though Oikawa-san is really loud which sometimes makes Iwaizumi-san yell at him.
The house is sometimes very noisy if you count that on top of Naruko and himself.
